Clear, fair, and transparent terms for all CaminhoIT clients and partners.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of CaminhoIT’s products and services, including managed IT support, cloud solutions, and web hosting. By engaging CaminhoIT, you agree to these terms and the applicable Service Agreements, licensing conditions, and Acceptable Use Policies of our third-party providers such as Microsoft.
CaminhoIT provides managed IT, cloud, web, and software services to business and individual clients under the CaminhoIT brand. Specific service details, pricing, and SLAs are defined in your signed Service Proposal or Customer Agreement.
Some services rely on external providers such as Microsoft, Google, or other software vendors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective license terms — for example, Microsoft’s Product Terms for Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing login credentials. CaminhoIT is not liable for unauthorized access caused by weak or shared passwords.
All client data remains the sole property of the client. CaminhoIT acts as a data processor and follows GDPR and UK data protection regulations. Details on data handling and privacy practices can be found in our Privacy Policy.
CaminhoIT aims to deliver industry-standard uptime and response times, as outlined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). While we strive for 24/7 availability, certain maintenance windows or third-party outages may affect service temporarily.
Charges for managed services, software licenses, and usage-based billing are outlined in your Customer Agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. Microsoft and other vendor billing may be reflected through CaminhoIT as an authorized reseller.
Clients must use CaminhoIT systems and hosted environments lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited uses include:
CaminhoIT may update or improve services periodically. Material changes affecting pricing or functionality will be communicated in advance to account holders.
CaminhoIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or third-party failures. Total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the affected service during the previous 12 months.
Either party may terminate services with written notice per contract terms. Upon termination, all client data will be returned or securely deleted in accordance with GDPR retention requirements.
CaminhoIT retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, and materials used to deliver services. Clients receive a non-exclusive right to use software or tools provided under contract.
CaminhoIT may update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts unless otherwise stated in the Customer Agreement.
